Where are you based?

Astella is based in the Rurungan sa Tubod Foundation Compound in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines. Your items will either be coming from there or our storage location in Manila.

What modes of payment do you accept?

  • Bank transfer (BPI or BDO only)
  • Paymaya

Non-payment within 48 hours of placing your order will result in cancellation of order. If you think your order has been cancelled by mistake, or would like an extension, please contact us at astellaph@gmail.com.

    What are your delivery methods?

    We deliver through different couriers to to ship from our locations in Metro Manila and Puerto Princesa. Our rates are as follows:

    • Within Metro Manila (Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Manila, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig, Valenzuela):
      • PHP 150
      • Within Luzon:
        • 200
      • Provincial Shipping:
        • 300
      COVID-19 DISCLAIMER: The transmission of goods between provinces is a bit more complicated due to COVID-19, and as a compromise we have had to expand our options and avenues for shipment. Upon confirmation of your order and delivery address, we will update you on the shipping details.

        How many days does it take to receive my order?

        • Manila stock : 1 week starting from order confirmation
        • Palawan stock : 2 - 3 weeks starting from order confirmation
        COVID-19 DISCLAIMER: Due to the current situation, we cannot guarantee the estimated time of delivery to be the exact date provided along with your tracking number. Please let us know if your shipping has been delayed so that we can follow it up with our courier. Thank you for your patience and patronage.

            Do you accept returns & exchange?

            • Yes! Just pay for shipping back to the product's place of origin.
            • Shipment fees for returns due to damage will be shouldered by us
            • Full terms for returns & exchange are available upon check out.
